Makers for Inclusion

Semi-Finalist

During the last year, we received various demands for trainers for educational robotics and programming activities with kids/young people from public and private institutions. Makers for Inclusion wants to study this demand, see if it’s just a momentary hype or if we can transform it into a sustainable job opportunity for young people. We co-design and implement with teachers and students a 3 month coding and programming workshop for secondary school students, enable them to give coach their younger peers in primary school about coding and robotics. We propose to upscale and transform the idea at European level, compare methodologies and results, and design/test an evaluation methodology.
